- Support the creation of concepts and designs for client briefs
- Assist in leading design direction on selected projects
- Help build detailed tech packs for uppers and tooling
- Collaborate with our development team during the sampling process
- Take part in development trips to Asia (China/Vietnam) as needed

Your Profile
- Strong interest and passion for footwear design
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn professional footwear design skills
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Foundational understanding of footwear construction, fit, and materials
- A commercial mindset and awareness of current market trends (Sportswear & fashion)
- Bonus: Experience with 3D tools or generative AI programs
