- Support the development of concepts and designs for client briefs
- Lead design direction on selected projects
- Create detailed tech packs for uppers and tooling
- Collaborate closely with our in-house development team throughout the sampling process
- Take part in development trips to Asia (China/Vietnam) as needed

Your Profile
- 1+ years of experience in footwear design (retail/lifestyle focus)
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills
- Solid understanding of footwear construction, fit, and materials
- A commercial eye and awareness of current market trends (Sportswear & fashion)
- Bonus: Experience with 3D design tools or generative AI programs
